Unicycle Loves You drummer Tony Mendoza has been keeping an updated blog of the band’s adventures on the road, and it’s quite an interesting read.
Breakfast consisted of leftover pizza, motel drip coffee, and diet-flavored yogurt. Sometimes the Failure Tour lives up to its name.
It was International Women’s Day. Jim and I prepared ourselves for Nicole’s new entitled attitude and increase in bizarre demands. We practiced saying, “Yes, Your High Maintenanceness.”
First, she insisted we must travel to Milwaukee to see the statue of The Fonz. On the way there, she made us read an essay she wrote about Fonzie, detailing all the things he did to further women’s causes. Jukebox pounding, bathroom counseling, sitting on it. DID YOU KNOW…The Fonz was a Crip!
